I N C O N G R E S S A U G U S T 2 0 1 2 A S C H O O L D R E S S-C O D E B Y A S T U D E N T O F W E S T L A K E H I G H S C H O O L Introduction When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the academic and educational bonds which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of this school building, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of administration entitles them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they have to declare the causes which donââ¬â¢t necessarily impel them to the Dress-code Law.
